Itancia’s head office is located in Nanterre, just outside of Paris, while the administrative head office is based at the group’s historic site in La Jubaudière in the western region of Pays de la Loire. Its strong regional presence and recruitment policy make the Itancia group a key player in the local economy in France, with over 140 recruitments planned and already in progress for 2022.
With its 11 operations centres in Europe, 10 of them in France, the Itancia group offers expertise in the distribution, reconditioning, logistics and repair of B2B and B2C electronics and technology products.
The Itancia group has over 40,800m² of premises worldwide, including 35,300m² in France, and 33,800m² dedicated to operations.
Our 2 logistics, repair, reconditioning and production centres in the Pays de la Loire (La Jubaudière and Valanjou) have associated supply-chain services (transport and storage) that enable us to offer services perfectly tailored to our customers’ needs (integrated or bespoke services) in France and internationally.
Our secure centres, with 24/7 video surveillance, controlled access to production and storage areas, recording of visitor details and verification of their identity, are equipped to offer a plethora of products and services to our partners and customers.

We have 550 employees across Europe and Africa, including:
– 150 salespeople to support you with all your projects, including 50 specialists in various brands or markets
– 150 technicians and operators working to restore products each day
– 18 certified after-sales engineers to assist you, train you and meet your needs
– 12 engineers and technicians in the planning department, who carry out all our feasibility studies
– 45 field technicians, all accredited repairers of consumer electronics and household electrical appliances
