Itancia group announces the acquisition of STVS

The ITANCIA group announces the acquisition of the Lyon-based company STVS, a specialist in the home repair of consumer electronics and appliances.
Itancia continues its expansion in the home repair market
For more than 30 years, the Itancia group has been a recognised player in the corporate electronic equipment repairs segment. With the 2019 acquisition of LM3S, the international group has broadened its target market by working with individuals. LM3S – an expert in home and workshop repairs – is mainly active in the Paris region.
In September 2020, Itancia confirmed its intention of developing this core business and expanding its national coverage with the integration of STVS. The Lyon-based company is currently working with the largest brands in the market, such as Samsung, Haier, Pioneer, Philips, etc.
STVS technicians specialise in two areas: the repair of electronic products: TVs and monitors, hi-fi equipment, home cinema, 3D glasses, remote controls, etc.; and also the repair of domestic appliances: refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, etc.

About STVS
Created in Saint-Etienne in 1980, this repair company serving the general public generated a turnover of 1.3 million euros in 2019. The company currently consists of 8 staff, and works with around ten partners (Samsung, Haier, Pioneer, Philips, etc.).
STVS began in the TV repair segment before adapting to customer demand and including Samsung mobile phone repairs to its services. The company now focuses on home repairs for electronic equipment and household appliances, and performs around 8,000 repairs a year.
