Itancia is your training centre dedicated to communication technologies, collaboration, networks and enterprise security.
Our training offer is composed of 20 programs ranging from 1 to 5 days.
These courses are accredited by Alcatel Lucent Enterprise, Avaya and Atos Unify, we deliver official courses on Alcatel OXO and OXE, Avaya IP Office and Unify Openscape Business products.
We can also provide tailor-made content to meet your requirements.
Our face-to-face training courses take place in our offices in Nanterre (92), Morangis (91) or La Jubaudière (49) but we can also carry them out at our clients’ premises, bringing all the necessary equipment for the simulations.
Our distance learning courses can be followed wherever you are in France and overseas departments. We send the necessary material for the trainees’ simulations.
The proximity and the personalized accompaniment of our customers are important values which make the reputation of our centre.
Choosing to train with Itancia guarantees you up to 5 hours of free remote support, valid for 1 year. Our trainers are available, by appointment, for coaching and technical support.
By obtaining the QUALIOPI certification, Itancia continues to allow you to benefit from public and/or mutualised funding for the total/partial coverage of your training costs.
